  • Blackouts: No outbound travel permitted 17 June 12 - 17 July 12 and 10 December 12 - 16 January 13. No Inbound travel permitted 17 December 12 - 22 December 12.
  • Bookings can only be confirmed within 21 days of departure.
  • No minimum stay. Maximum stay 3 months.
  • No child or infant discounts.
  • No stopover permitted for destination Vancouver and USA. For all other destinations please contact us for details.
  • A NAVCAN surcharge of AUD$17 each way applies per adult/child if destination/turnaround is wholly within Canada in addition to the airfare.
  • Any Family member traveling as a companion MUST travel with the industry employee on all segments
  • Open Jaw is not permitted.
  • Valid on all Air Canada operated flights only. Notpermitted on Air Canada flights AC4000 through 6199 & AC6500 through 7649.
  • 2.8% Surcharge for all credit cards.
  • A booking fee of $50 per person applies.
