Now THIS is how a tour company should function

Take two people, one highly educated in the arts, the other in administration, and put them into business together.  Call the company Through Eternity, alluding to the city of Rome's nickname, the Eternal City.  Add the art treasures of Rome to founders' unbridled passion for their city's attractions and their desire to share said attractions with visitors to the Eternal City.  Stir until well blended.  Add congenial, intelligent support staff and enthusiastic tour guides, preferably with Master's degrees in art history, archaeology, or other subject directly applicable to the topics covered by the company's most popular tours. 

In a large, transparent bowl, add a huge amount of communications skills to the above mixture so that everyone in the company knows what's going on and is able to help colleagues do their jobs better by providing information at every level.  Slowly, carefully, add customers, blending into the mixture requests for specialised tours focusing on specific themes, sights, and areas of interest.  Keep adding customers, careful not to fill the bowl too high too fast.  Mixtures should be smooth, with no lumps.  Add flavours of choice such as semi-private or private tours for those customers who prefer to have yet more in-depth, exclusive experiences and are willing to pay for them.  Add other destinations of interest to visitors to Italy such as Florence, Naples, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast.

Pour well-blended mixture into baking pan and bake at low temperature for several years, checking regularly to make sure cake is rising as it should.  Remove from oven and place on cooling rack to enjoy the scent of success.  Serve to customers and employees with equal gusto.
