Following the success of Palazzo Versace’s winemaker’s dinner with WA’s Moss Wood wines, the haute hotel has announced a second fabulous collaboration, partnering with South Australia’s Teusner wines to bring guests another bespoke epicurean encounter on Wednesday, September 19th.
Held at Palazzo Versace’s signature restaurant Vanitas, Teusner winemaker Kym Teusner and Vanitas’ Head Chef, Martin Glutz will provide guests with a deliciously decadent food and wine experience. Glutz has worked with the winemakers to create an exclusive three-course menu for the evening that will be matched with Teusner wines. Kym Teusner will provide personal tasting notes throughout the dinner, granting guests a detailed insight into their hand-selected wine pairings for the evening.

Pre-dinner canapés –
Crab arancini balls with aioli, pork belly and scallop skewers, and mushroom and blue cheese tartlet
