THE SHOW MUST LEAVE – ONLY 1 MORE WEEK
Great seats still available!

OVO IS BUGGING OUT!! There’s a buzz in the air and it’s the buzz of the insects of OVO by Cirque du Soleil saying Au Revoir, Brisbane! On Sunday, September 2nd, the mysterious egg will appear for the last time in the insect community of OVO under the blue and yellow Big Top at Northshore Hamilton.  It is time for OVO to hit the road.  Next stop: Sydney where it premieres on September 13.

More than 100,000 people in Brisbane have already experienced the magic of OVO and its unique mix of breathtaking acrobatics, fantastic choreography and innovative musical delight.

As OVO marks its final day in Brisbane on Father’s Day (September 2), it’s the perfect present for Dad, an opportunity to celebrate this extraordinary show as a family!

Directed by Deborah Colker, the first female director at Cirque du Soleil, OVO means “egg” in Portuguese and is a headlong rush into a colorful ecosystem teeming with life, where insects work, eat, crawl, flutter, play, fight and look for love in a non-stop riot of energy and movement.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.cirquedusoleil.com/ovo or in person at the Cirque du Soleil box office, located inside the entrance tent of the Big Top. (Regular box office hours are from 2 hours prior to show time to 30 minutes after the beginning of the show on show days.)

Final week performance schedule: Wednesday and Thursday at 8pm; Friday and Saturday at 4pm and 8pm and; Sunday at 1 pm and 5pm.

Cirque du Soleil gratefully acknowledges the official sponsors of the OVO 2012-2013 Australian tour: Infiniti and American Express ®.
