Alaska Airlines expands nonstop Los Angeles - Anchorage service

Alaska Airlines will expand its Los Angeles - Anchorage service starting 8 April, 2013, a route the carrier has flown during the summer for several years. The expanded service includes a daily evening flight most of the year and an additional night time flight during the summer.

"With expanded service between Anchorage and Los Angeles, Alaska Airlines customers can enjoy the most convenient nonstop access between Southern California and Anchorage," said Marilyn Romano, Alaska Airlines' regional vice president of the state of Alaska.
