As of December 1st 2011 Hahn Air guarantees to refund the unused part of a ticket within 14 days.

This applies to tickets following the refund rules of the respective fare. The refund application cannot be submitted any later than 2 years after its original issuance. For your convenience, Hahn Air will not charge any additional fees for this service.

Our new refund policy follows Hahn Air’s initiative “Your Ticketing Choice – Our Commitment 2011”.
