Starting December 1st 2011, Hahn Air guarantees to refund the unused part of a ticket within 14 days.

Hahn Air’s guarantee follows the initiative “Your Ticketing Choice – Our Commitment 2011” and applies to all tickets conforming with the refund rules of the respective fare. According to the new policy, Hahn Air will refund the unused part of a ticket  within 14 days, as long as the application is not submitted any later than 2 years after the original issuance of the ticket. Hahn Air will not charge any additional fees for this service.
