This week brought us even more innovations in cruising. From the customised mattress options onboard the newly ‘Solsticised’ Celebrity Infinity to the iPads onboard Splendour of the Seas, it truly does seem as if every whim is accommodated for on cruise ships.

It made me think about where companies can really go from here…their floating cities offer a myriad of activities and personal services and each time one thinks they can’t get any bigger or better with their offering, they do!

What do you think is missing in cruising nowadays? Is there anything more personal than your very own 24-7 butler customising your mattress for you before bed (after they draw you a bath of course)? Is the biggest cruise ship in the world big enough? Are there destinations that aren’t visited that should be visited?

Share your thoughts here…

Yours in cruising,
Natalie
