Oman Air opened Majan Lounge - its new lounge at the Muscat International Airport located on the lower floor of the departure terminal. Designed by JPA (design consultants) the lounge offers a luxurious and tranquil environment with a modern Arabian twist. The lounge will be staffed by Oman Air’s own trained reception staff to provide the hospitality and food service that Oman Air is renowned for and has won it many awards. Oman Air currently has a tie-up with 17 airlines to welcome their passengers to this new lounge, apart from the FFP members of Oman Air. The superb services of this lounge can be availed by other travellers as well by paying a fee of RO 12= AUD30. Wayne Pearce, CEO of Oman Air, expressed his happiness at the opening of this new lounge service and said: Aaron Claxton, General Manager – Catering, said that he was proud of the achievement in creating two uniquely different lounges, Majan Lounge and Oman Air’s exclusive lounge for its premium class passengers that opened in January 2011, offering superb products to the visiting and transiting passengers at the Muscat International Airport. |
