Oman Air is introducing STPC to support travellers with long transit time of over 8 hours and up to 24 hours in MCT In’l Airport.

This facility is offered as a complimentary service for high tier economy class fares and all premium fares from Australia. This service is also offered for lower economy class fares at a minimal charge of OMR20=AUD50 per direction which is collected as a tax on the ticket.

Apart from Oman Air’s recent fare restructuring introduced earlier in September, which allows interline fares common-rated via BKK and KUL, this will be an additional support for the transit travellers when there is no online connections on certain days or flights. It is also a perfect opportunity for Oman Air’s travellers to unwind in Muscat while waiting for the connecting flights.
