Swissôtel Sydney is set to tantalise the taste buds once again with the introduction of the Chandon Seafood Buffet Brunch. Available each Sunday from 11.30am – 3.00pm at the newly renovated Crossroads Bar, the hotel will offer guests and Sydneysider’s a modern take on the traditional brunch.

Executive Chef, Stephan Tseng and his team of culinary masters are set to enchant guests with a seemingly endless selection of irresistible Balmain bugs, Crystal Bay prawns, Sydney rock oysters, blue swimmer crabs and Tasmanian smoked salmon.

Start your day with a tiered tasting plate of locally sourced grilled veggies, dips and lavish bread followed by your choice of cook to order eggs including eggs Benedict with freshly cut ham, smoked salmon or spinach.

Accompanied by dishes such as poached South Australian snapper, citrus and dill cured Atlantic salmon with agrume crème fraiche and penne with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, rocket and pesto, there really is something for everyone.

A seemingly endless selection of mouthwatering desserts, hand crafted in the hotel’s own pastry kitchen, is the ideal way to round off this gastronomic delight.

Nothing compliments seafood like bubbles and at the new Chandon Seafood Buffet Brunch guests will receive a bottle of Chandon Brut NV per person, which is included in the price.

Perfect for Kitchen Teas, Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Hens Days or simply catching up with friends or family, Swissôtel Sydney’s Chandon Seafood Buffet Brunch is sure to be the new choice for Sunday brunch in Sydney.

Swissôtel Sydney’s new Chandon Seafood Buffet brunch is $125 per adult or $80pp without a bottle of Chandon and $55 per child.
