Jetstar re-gifts Christmas

Wednesday, 28 November 2012

Jetstar come through for abandoned customers.

Jetstar has re-scheduled a pre-Christmas flight it had previously axed after receiving numerous complaints from its passengers claiming the airline had ruined their Christmas plans.

After realising the 80 passengers that purchased seats on the flight would be unable to re-book on a similar service, Jetstar found a way to amend the “unavoidable” flight change.

“We said we would get everybody there for Christmas and we will,” a Jetstar spokesperson said.

“I've explained to them we're going home to visit my partner's father, it's probably the last Christmas we're going to get to spend with him,” Jetstar passenger Ruth Proctor said after she contacted the airline to complain, the Herald Sun reported.
