One of Australia’s leading travel industry figures has warned retailers not to listen to the doomsayers predicting the sky will fall in year, resulting in reduced profits and job losses.
Barry Mayo, CEO of The House of Travel says if retailers start to believe all the hysteria created largely by sections of the media, it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
