Cruising Sydney Harbour This Summer For 50% Less
Monday, 15 December 2003

Captain Cook Cruises is making school holidays fun this summer by offering 50% off all children’s fares on any of their Sydney Harbour sightseeing cruises with their Summer Holiday Specials package.

What a fabulous and affordable way to spend time with the family this summer, cruising on beautiful Sydney Harbour and taking in all the sights and activities, providing both a memorable and educational outing for the kids during school holidays.

Familles can choose from one of four sightseeing cruises from Sydney’s premier harbour cruise company: Coffee Cruise, Highlights Cruise; Sydney Harbour Explorer and the newest cruise on the magnificent MV Sydney 2000, the 2000 Café Cruise.

Captain Cook Cruises’ number one cruise, the Coffee Cruise, still provides the best way to see the sights of Sydney. Departures are at 10.00am and 2.15pm taking sightseers to the upper reaches of Sydney Harbour, which feature magnificent waterfront homes, bays and parklands. Adults from $39 and children now only $12.

The 2000 Café Cruise aboard the prestigious MV Sydney 2000 small cruise ship, is new for 2003 and boasts full morning or afternoon tea featuring freshly brewed coffee, hand made cakes and pastries. The one hour cruise departs every day at 10.15am and 3.15pm and costs $29 per adult and now $5 for children.

The Sydney Harbour Explorer Cruise offers passengers the choice of a two hour round trip taking in many of Sydney Harbour’s landmarks or a full day ticket where guests can disembark at any destination, stay as long as they like and reboard for the next cruise . It travels from Circular Quay to Watson’s Bay, Taronga Zoo and around to Darling Harbour. From $25 per adult and a special $6 for children, it departs Circular Quay four times daily.

The Harbour Highlights Cruise provides the best value for money cruise on Sydney Harbour especially designed for those with limited time available. With a duration of only one and a half hours, it takes in the major harbour attractions and departs seven times per day costing only $20 per adult and now $5 for children.

The Summer Holiday Specials is applicable to all children aged between 5-14 years and valid for travel from 19 December 2003 to 01 February 2004 on all Captain Cook Cruises’ Sydney Harbour sightseeing cruises. All departures are from No. 6 Jetty, Circular Quay.
