Gay Cruise Comes to Adelaide

Athena Cruise Line will host over 650 gay and Lesbian Passengers from around the world on a February departure out of Adelaide, passengers will come out of the closet dressed in flare and pizzazz ready for Adelaide’s First ever All Gay Cruise

Adelaide’s first Gay Cruise sets sails with much anticipated flare & excitement Will see a lot of tourism dollars coming into Adelaide pre and post cruise but also make a positive change to the Australian Cruising industry.

During February another cruise line with over 2,500 gay and Lesbian Passengers will also dock in Sydney for the Mardi Gras parade. Some passengers are booked on both cruising events

The excitement is really building within both camps that are in the final stages of preparing for the Cruise. The main pool deck area will be transformed into a show arena for the 6 themed dance parties, Fashion Parades, pool games & the Boys Swimwear Show.

Special guest celebrity entertainers are signed on, every bar on the Ship will be renamed after Gay Icons, and Bingo will be given a gay twist to it.

The showroom will also feature a spectacular Drag Show with over 20 performers. Some of who appeared in Priscilla Queen of the Desert musical. Charities have also been closely involved being given cabins as prizes to raffle off on the Gay Cruise to help their community causes.
