Starting today, visitors to The Langham, Melbourne are invited to make their own Christmas wish while throwing a coin into the fountain to make a donation to a wonderful cause, the Make A Wish Foundation; a not for profit organisation that works to grant wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.

While at The Langham Melbourne, visitors can also share in the magic of Christmas by immersing themselves in the elegant Christmas Light Show A Christmas Tale. Combining shadow play, film, vivid colour and effects, to portray a classic Christmas Winter Wonderland, complete with Santa, his reindeers and a flying snowman, the free show offers a mesmerizing way for the whole family to celebrate the festive season.

When: Friday 7th until Friday 28th December, 2012

Where: Within the magical The Langham, Melbourne grand floor entrance 1 Southbank Boulevard, Southgate

Time: The five minute Christmas Lightshow is performed on the hours from 12pm till 11pm daily
