IGLTA is the leading global organization dedicated to connecting businesses in the LGBT tourism industry.

Founded in 1983, with 25 founding members, the International Gay and Lesbian Travel Association (IGLTA) is today a 2200 plus member strong and growing organization of gay, lesbian and community friendly travel professionals in 83 countries.

Membership Eligibility

GALTA

 

Gay and Lesbian Tourism Australia Ltd (GALTA) is a national network of tourism professionals dedicated to the welfare and satisfaction of all gay and lesbian travellers within and to Australia. It is a non-profit organisation operated by a team of elected and interested individuals.

GALTA members are located across Australia, from major capital cities to rural and coastal destinations. Members represent major hotels, resorts, small B&B's and other accommodation places, tourism organisations, restaurants and cafes, travel services, individuals and media.

Through its website, attendance at significant gay & lesbian events and the hosting of networking functions and workshops, GALTA provides members with a wide distribution and exposure to gay and lesbian travellers around Australia and overseas.

GALTA also publishes a regular consumer newsletter OUT in Oz - to keep visitors to the GALTA website informed on member activity, special offers and a bi-monthly prize draw.
