- SEO friendly website - easy to navigate, use of headlines and sub-headlines, unique and relevant content
- Book now button on all webpages and above the fold
- Include social media icons on website
2. Get onto social media
- Respond to online reviews on Tripadvisor
- Include Facebook and Twitter icons to website
- Engage with customers on social media, eg add engaging posts, run competitions, post videos on Youtube
3. Respond to reviews on Tripadvisor
- Tripadvisor has over 50 million reviews...and travel shoppers read them.
- Get staff or management to monitor and respond to all negative reviews and some positive reviews
4. Get mobile
