First Course
Roasted Yabby wrapped in spec, rouille sauce

Second Course

In true Aussie style, guests will be invited to dig into a fourth course – an incredible deconstructed “lamington”, consisting of chocolate jelly, coconut sorbet, chocolate sauce and sponge crumbs.

The menu will also be available in the lead up to Australia Day for lunch and dinner from the 18th to 28th January, 2013. The four course experience costs $75 per person or $95 with matching wines.
