Royal Caribbean has launched the Barbie Premier Experience on board its Allure of the Seas.

The Barbie theme reportedly extends right down to cabin doors having a special Barbie plaque welcoming Barbie passengers aboard, with inside the bed is strewn with Barbie giveaways, including fluffy blankets, tote bags, dolls and even a Barbie pillow case, according to the UK’s Metro News.

Passengers are also given a special Barbie guest lanyard and a pink tote bag, with invitations to Barbie’s exclusive Tiara and Teacups party, with cupcakes, pink lemonade and a lesson in tea-time etiquette, with Elira, the Barbie etiquette host saying, “Barbie would always serve her guest cake first.”

Throughout the week, there are further personalised invites, including how to become a fashion designer and take part in a Barbie dance class that culminates in a glittering red carpet fashion show but despite the reporter’s cynicism, the Barbie experience is a little girl’s dream and the young passengers were mesmerised.

Allure of the Seas calls at three ports during the seven-day trip, including Labadee on the north coast of Haiti, a private beach resort owned and run by Royal Caribbean, a full day in Jamaica and a day at Cozumel in Mexico before returning to Florida.
