TravelManagers has been named as a finalist in the 2012 National Travel Industry Awards for the Best Travel Agency Retail – Multi Location.

TravelManagers’ executive general manager, Mandy Scotney says it’s a real achievement for TravelManagers to be named again as a finalist.

“It’s our fourth time as a finalist for the ‘Best Travel Agency Retail – Multi Location’ category which shows the consistency of our service delivery to our clients.”

TravelManagers now has over 350 personal travel managers across Australia and with representation in every state they can truly claim the ‘multi location’ aspect.

“Not only do we have personal travel managers across all states we have five business partnership managers who are state based ensuring our personal travel managers have access to the broadest and most in-depth support infrastructure. This is in addition to the 21 dedicated staff at our National Partnership Office in Sydney.”

Scotney says being named as finalists reflects directly on the experience and knowledge of their personal travel managers and recognition that the personal travel manager sector is very much seen as a serious contender and contributor in the travel industry.

“They’re absolute professionals with a strong focus on personalizing the service they offer to their individual clients, which results in a superior travel experience, we are immensely proud of them.
