Last night Brisbane’s stunning Emporium Hotel once again beat Australia’s best to be crowned – for the fourth time – Best Boutique Hotel in Australia, at the prestigious Hospitality Management (HM) Awards, held in Sydney. This Emporium Hotel beat out Sydney’s The Establishment, Henry Jones Art Hotel, Spicers, The Observatory and Diamant Canberra among others; to win for Brisbane and Queensland in an era when boutique hotel accommodation is a global trend.

The annual HM Awards are the industry’s night of nights, recognising excellence in the country’s hospitality and hotel industry. Emporium Hotel, after just celebrating five years open in June this year, has won Best Boutique Hotel in Australia four times  -  2012, 2011, 2010, 2009 – earning applause as the leading hotel in the country; a huge coup for Brisbane.
