Gecko’s Adventures has introduced guaranteed departures in 2013, assuring travellers their tours will go-ahead in 2013.

The group announced this week 100 percent guaranteed departures would help agents and customers during the booking process and assures there is “no chance” of cancellation once a booking is made.

Gecko’s head of product and operations Ken Ismail added the decision signified the company’s commitment and confidence in selling its products and trips in 2013.

“It’s about putting our travellers first. We have always been innovative in regards to our departures being guaranteed – in fact the entire Gecko’s South East Asia program has been 100% guaranteed for two years already,” Mr Ismail said.
