Wendy expands DMC business

Wendy Wu Tours has announced an expansion to its business, with China-based destination management company (DMC), providing the tour operator with more “quality control”.

Ms Wu having the team, Inbound China in Shanghai, allowed the operator to provide Australian with quality product.

“The team in China, including the excellent tour guides, has delivered first class service for WWT customers all over the world and the strategy is to expand this service to other customers travelling to China,” Ms Wu explained.

“Wendy Wu Tours is already a leader in escorted tours to China and Indochina and has expanded its portfolio for 2013 with 11 new tours to China, eight new itineraries to Indochina and three to India.”

The current Wendy Wu Tours UK managing director, Manuel Mascarenhas will be at the centre of the DMC’s development as he becomes European managing director for Inbound China effective from January, 2013.
