• Supporting the network of personal travel managers
• Data entry and checking of financial transactions across the business
• Debtors and Creditors maintenance, preparation and authorisation of payments
• Assisting our network of Personal Travel Managers with email/phone queries
• Reconciliation of accounts

• Very high level oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
• Travel accounting experience and systems knowledge
• Advanced Excel
• Good interpersonal skills
• An eye for detail and ability to learn new systems quickly
