There will be significant changes to the Air Mauritius network as part of our new business plan. The Australian operations are affected as follows:

> Sydney and Melbourne flights will be suspended – the last flight will operate 29/30 May 2012

> Perth will gain an additional frequency starting 5/6 June 2012 with improved timings detailed below

> The existing flight MK940/941 will align with the new timings effective 2/3 June 2012

Please note, there has been a slight change to our new times listed below due to airport slot constraints, this will however improve domestic flight connections to/from Sydney and Melbourne.

All affected bookings have now been rebooked and the ticket reissues have been actioned up until June 2012. Head office is continuing to work through the remaining reissues month by month with priority. Agents are encouraged to check your bookings to ensure an email address is listed so that new ticket’s will be sent to you. If not please contact your nearest MK office to provide these details. New airfares ex Perth will be issued shortly with a class change to RBD and there will be no change to the pricing ex Melbourne and Sydney. We have again high-lighted below the options available to passengers at this time below: Ticketed passengers

> Melbourne and Sydney passengers will be re-booked automatically on the new same day MK Perth flight to Mauritius with the best available domestic connection at no extra cost to passengers

> For travel beyond Mauritius, passengers will be re-booked automatically on alternate MK flights to final destination (provided initial itinerary is issued on a single ticket) at no extra cost to passengers

> Passengers opting to cancel their travel will be fully refunded without penalty

> Free STPC (up to 2 night’s accommodation, meals and transfers) in Mauritius for passengers missing their onward connection to/from Mauritius on MK flights

Booked but not ticketed passengers

> Will be re-booked on alternate MK flights

> The applicable fare for the re-booked PNR will depend on the prevailing fare structure plus applicable taxes and fuel surcharges at the time of ticket issuance
