Gecko's Sailing Trip

Gecko’s has introduced eight new sailing trips in Croatia and Greece for departures in 2012.
With a maximum of 8 passengers all trips are on a monohull yacht and accommodation is entirely on board. The yachts are designed to keep sleeping areas to a minimum while maximising common areas as much as possible. Every trip is led by an experienced skipper, however clients are required to get involved and help out with the sailing, food preparation and shopping. No previous sailing experience is necessary

During the 8 day Croatia Sailing Adventure you will discover Croatia’s beauty on this exciting, hands-on trip from Dubrovnik to Primosten along the stunning Adriatic Coast. Spend your days sailing along beautiful coastlines, exploring charming coastal villages and medieval town centres or simply chilling out and relaxing on the beach. In the evenings, indulge in local seafood dishes and while away hours taking in the vibrant night scene - Croatia will leave you breathless.
Croatia Sailing Adventure is priced $1,450 per person twin share with departures weekly between May and September 2012.

The 8 day Mykonos to Santorini Sailing Adventure starts on the famous island of Mykonos and showcases the best of the Cycladic islands and includes visits to Syros, Naxos, Amorgos, Ios, Santorini as well as some smaller lesser known Cycladic islands. Enjoy the best of the Greek islands as you hop from one island to the next, swim in tranquil turquoise sea, eat at local tavernas, relax and unwind on the beach and explore impressive ancient ruins.

Mykonos to Santorini Sailing Adventure is priced $1,450 per person twin share with weekly departures between May and September 2012.

The trip price for all Gecko’s sailing adventures includes accommodation onboard the yacht and the services of an experienced skipper. Shore excursions and optional activities are at clients’ own expense. A local kitty is payable to cover the cost of food. The yacht will dock each night so clients can have dinner on shore at a local tavern or wherever they choose to eat.
