Garuda Indonesia Offers Double Bonus Miles Until 2013

Garuda Indonesia, the Airline of Indonesia, is offering passengers travelling from Perth the opportunity to double their frequent flyer miles on international Executive Class flights.

This exceptional offer, available for travel until the 31st of December 2012, provides passengers with 200% bonus miles on top of the existing award mileage when travelling one way or return on all flights ex Perth to Bali, Jakarta, Japan, Korea, China or Amsterdam.

As an example, a flight in Executive Class from Perth to Amsterdam provides 18, 224 miles. With this offer, passengers can accrue 53,771 miles; equivalent of a return economy class ticket from Perth to Denpasar or Jakarta, including a one way upgrade.

Moreover, these bonus miles can be transferred to any traveller, and membership to Garuda Frequent Flyer is free.

Passengers surpassing 30,000 miles will also qualify for the airline's gold tier membership, which includes an extra 25% bonus miles from every subsequent flight with Garuda Indonesia.

This exclusive offer is available only to Garuda Indonesia Frequent Flyer passengers, and points must be used within 3 years from the date they were accrued.

Passengers MUST register before travel commences to participate in the 'Double Miles' bonus scheme via http://gff.garuda-indonesia.com/  or by contacting local Garuda Indonesia GFF service centre. Travel on a return Executive Class ticket to any of the above routes to Japan, Korea, Taiwan & China will earn at least a one-way award ticket from Perth to Denpasar or Jakarta. Two people travelling to one of these destinations could earn two (2) one way tickets, which can then be transferred to another person.
