Travel Indochina’s Client Satisfaction survey results for the period from January 2012 – July 2012 have been released, with clients ranking their overall satisfaction with all Small Group Journeys at 95.7%. The satisfaction level with overall Tour Leader performance is even higher, ranking a near perfect 98.2%. Tour Leaders are one of Travel Indochina’s key points of difference, according to Travel Indochina Managing Director Paul Hole. “We know the exceptional quality of our Tour Leaders is something that our passengers truly value,” says Paul. “98.6% told us they would travel with us again, and while we know itineraries and accommodation are important, much of that has to do with the knowledge and insights shared by our Tour Leaders on the journeys. “In fact we are now even beginning to see bookings based on the opportunity to travel again with a particular tour leader. Our clients are telling us “I want to travel with this leader”, almost regardless of the destination! For this reason, we are beginning to publish in advance the name of the Tour Leader accompanying particular journeys, to permit our repeat travellers to select their journey based on their preference of Tour Leader.” The company’s hallmark Vietnam Special Groups also received a particularly high ranking, with a 98.5% satisfaction rate. |
