The new online portal dedicated to Vietnamese customers and Vietnamese-speaking nationals

The Sheraton in Nha Trang today announced the launch of its local website, marking a new milestone in their relentless effort to provide personalised service to Vietnamese clientele, either on the property or on the web.

“The Vietnamese market is important to the local hotel industry, hence it is important that we can reach out to our customers in the local language” said Catherine Racsko, general manager of the Hotel “Most international hotels in Vietnam only have their websites in English and other foreign languages, which makes it difficult for local customers to navigate the site. We want to ensure that all our customers can access information of the hotel”.

Surf through the hotel photo gallery, reserve a table at one of the hotel’s trendy restaurants and bars, or simply explore the hotel facilities prior to travelling to Nha Trang, the new website makes the online experience accessible to everyone. Per Starwood’s international design standard, the local version includes attractive offers and accommodation packages.

The Hotel is no stranger to being a pioneer in the local tourism industry, it was the first to introduce a proper dimsum restaurant in Nha Trang, opened the highest bar in Nha Trang and among a few to appoint a female general manager to take the helm.
