DriveAway Holidays’ CEO Chris Hamill has announced today the appointment of Chris Cowley to the new position of Senior Marketing Manager. Cowley will be heading up DriveAway Holidays Marketing and eCommerce activities for Australia and New Zealand markets, bringing extensive marketing and online experience with high-profile media, music, entertainment, banking, retail, airline, travel and telecommunications organisations in Australia. 

Previously managing Pinpoint Marketing’s entertainment businesses including “Preferred Seating”, Cowley brings to DriveAway a wealth of technical expertise and knowhow in both the offline and online marketing arenas.  Cowley said, “I am delighted to be joining the DriveAway Team and to be given the opportunity to further enhance their considerable marketing and ecommerce initiatives.  DriveAway is a well-established business in the Australian market and I look forward to adding value to the company’s operations.”

Chris Hamill also proudly announced the internal promotion of Hai Nguyen to Pricing Manager. Hai brings to the position an extensive pricing knowledge and expertise gained during his experience with the company as Pricing Analyst. The complexity of managing a pricing structure of approximately 60 self-drive suppliers has become a fine art. Hai has been part of the DriveAway Team for over 8 years and was previously with Garuda Orient Holidays.
