Tourism and Transport Forum (TTF) chief executive John Lee has resigned from his post after two years as the peak industry association’s head. Announced this week, TTF chairman Hon Bruce Baird said the announcement was “unexpected” and was “disappointed” to see Mr Lee depart after “successfully leading” the group through challenges and internal changes. According to the chairman, Mr Lee will continue to work with the organisation’s deputy chief executive, but expects a replacement to be announced within the first quarter of 2013. “John will be involved in ensuring that the right candidate is secured for this vital role,” Mr Baird said. |
