Small-group travel tour operator G Adventures has officially launched its new blog website, The Looptail, allowing visitors the opportunity to share their travel experiences.

The Looptail is an interactive travel blog designed for “the first-time traveller dreaming of new horizons to road-ready adventurers eager to report back on what they saw, who they met, what they ate and where they stayed,” according to G Adventures’ social media manager Andrew Hickey.

“The site is a comprehensive resource on all aspects of travel,” he added.

To celebrate the launch of this new product, G Adventures and Visit Jordan are giving away a ‘Highlights of Jordan’ tour to one winner of the daily trivia question.

“Visit Jordan is delighted to be working with The Looptail for the launch of its Jordan Week,” Visit Jordan’s social media and communications editor Reine Gammoh said.

“With their host of respected writers backed by the expertise of G Adventures, we believe this blog is the ideal social medium to engage readers.”

The winner of the competition will be announced on The Looptail on 21 August, 2012.
