Sydney and Melbourne have adopted a splash of Philippine colour this week as the Philippines Department of Tourism unfurls banners and billboards as part of its latest advertising campaign. Pictured launching the new campaign are Consuelo Garcia Jones, Philippines Tourism Attaché to Australia (right), and Brett McDougall, General Manager of Philippine Airlines GSA Rakso Australia. Meanwhile, Shangri-La Sydney is celebrating Philippine cuisine as part of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival, offering delicious traditional dishes during its Philippine Food Week. Available for lunch and dinner at the hotel’s Cafe Mix until October 28, the Philippine Food Week offers a chance to win a trip for two to the Philippines with Philippine Airlines and Makati Shangri-La Manila. |
