CTM closes the gap with Wotif

CTM releases two new APAC industry-first products.

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has released two new products to complement its successful online booking tool, aiming to provide greater flexibility and assistance to its customers.

The two enhancements are Asia-Pacific (APAC) industry-firsts; full integration of the Wotif hotel inventory and the ability to make post-ticketing changes online.

CTM clients are now able to access Wotif’s entire hotel inventory, integrated with GDS content, through the online booking tool, u-book.

Users can prioritise searches according to preferred hotel partners and align bookings with their negotiated supplier deals.

“By integrating Wotif hotel inventory with our Global Distribution System, CTM has opened up a number of new cost-saving benefits for travellers at the click of a button,” CTM head of product development Ben Wheeler said.

“These include access to new and improved accommodation options in metropolitan, regional and rural areas, and the choice of additional room types.”

The ability to make post-ticketing flight changes on domestic Australian and New Zealand GDS bookings was a complicated and difficult manual process prior to the introduction of CTM’s new automated software.

“The re-booking process has been moved online and our clients can easily update their booking in a simple and seamless process” Mr Wheeler said.

“This new enhancement is totally transparent, with all change fees displayed up front so there are no hidden costs; the price displayed is the price you pay.”

Last month CTM announced an expansion of its products and services, designed to increase the company’s offering to small to medium businesses.
