CTM targets smaller businesses

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has announced an expansion to its product and services designed to increase the company’s offering to small to medium businesses.

Announced this week, the “evolution” to the company’s offering will see the Group focus on improving travel cost transparency and introduce supplier negotiations to help smaller companies conserve cash flow.

A 24/7 support will also be introduced as part of changes along with increased security for businesses and access to online booking systems.

CTM managing director Jamie Pherous said the upgrades were an example of “listening to clients’ needs” and would assist companies respond to “unique challenges, opportunities and requirements”.

“For these businesses, cost control is key, but not at the expense of personalised service,” CTM general manager of marketing and communication Tom Clark said. 

“This is where CTM is the perfect fit thanks to our boutique approach to customer service combined with our buying power and global networks which enable these businesses to maximise their return on investment and truly elevate their travel program.”
