Malaysia Airlines is increasing its frequency of weekly flights to more popular ASEAN destinations in time for the forthcoming Chinese New Year holidays after the airline recently cut flights to loss making routes.
In addition to the already 32 flights added last week, domestic Malaysian destinations will have an additional 14 flights and aircraft upgrades to meet capacity demand. These seats will go on sale from 20 January to 28 January.
Effective 25 March 2012, Malaysia Airlines will also operate four daily flights between Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, introducing an additional flight on Sunday between the two cities. An increase in services to Beijing, Taipei and Los Angeles brings great news for travellers.
The full service premium airline has experienced an increased demand from the market for the holiday season, resulting in the need to boost frequency of flights.
Malaysia Airlines will continue to monitor the situation and add more capacity on sectors where there is further demand.
