Virgin’s business class good for Atlantic

Monday, 23 January 2012

Virgin's new business class offers Virgin Atlantic superior service through and through

Upper Class passengers travelling with Virgin Atlantic from domestic cities will experience full service offerings with the roll out of Virgin Australia’s new business class.

In the past passengers travelling with Virgin Atlantic Upper Class from domestic cities around Australia were experiencing an inconsistent level of service, having to travel economy class into Sydney and then switching to Upper Class once on-board their Virgin Atlantic flight.

Virgin Atlantic Sales and Distribution Manager Gia Acitelli said the new business class offering will provide a consistent level of service.

“With Virgin Australia rolling out business class domestically we have now unified through business class product offerings on Virgin Atlantic Upper Class fares to London and Hong Kong,” Gia Acitelli said.

“This is great news for Virgin Atlantic customers, especially for our corporate travellers. Passengers can expect a more streamline, full service offering when they choose to travel with us.”

Ms Acitelli said agents should check their GDS and fare sheets for booking class instructions or contact the airline directly.
