New Champagne Sailing Corporate Packages for MICE in Port Stephens

Business leaders wishing there was more ‘smooth sailing’ for their companies can put their staff to sea on new team-building sailing trips for the MICE market released by Blue Water Sailing in Port Stephens.

New half and full day corporate packages take groups out on the blue, dolphin-filled waters of beautiful Port Stephens, 2½ hours north of Sydney and only 30 minutes from Newcastle’s major domestic airport at Williamtown.

The new packages will see groups learn the art of sailing aboard Blue Water Sailing’s fleet of fast racing yachts, including its ‘flagship’ vessel, the sleek 14-metre Beneteau Oceanis yacht, 'Champagne on Ice'.

Four-hour corporate sailing packages including two 90-minute races with other yachts, a 30-minute morning tea break between the races and a trophy presentation at the end of the event are available from $2900 for up to 10 passengers using two yachts or from $5900 for up to 30 passengers on three yachts. Packages are also available for more than 80 passengers. Team polo shorts are also available with company logos embroidered on them for $55 each.

Full-day packages including three races of up to two hours each plus lunch and morning tea breaks and a trophy presentation are available from $7000 for up to 10 passengers and from $13,000 for 30 passengers.

More leisurely corporate lunch sailing trips are also available from $250 per person, including a four-hour sail on Port Stephens and indulgent seafood lunch with local lobster, prawns and oysters and Moreton Bay bugs.
