Drop your anchor at the stunning restaurant surrounded by incredible Hunter Valley views from 7pm and let the Esca team indulge your senses with mouth watering canapés served with Bimbadgen Sparkling wine to begin.

Then, kick off your thongs and experience a delectable four course menu that’s guaranteed to make you as happy as a clam on a hot summer day! With fresh Manning River prawns, seared scallops, confit pork belly and luscious local cheese, who could resist?

To add further flair to the evening, local band ‘Whiskey Tango Foxtrot’ will provide a marvellous playlist to ring in 2013.

Just before midnight, the Bimbadgen team will serve sparkling for the ultimate cheers clink and celebration!
