Enta Ticketing Solutions has finalised a further three year agreement with the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) and its ticketing service QTIX to use its world leading ticketing, marketing and CRM system. The new deal running through to 2015 extends a partnership first formed between QPAC and Enta in 2005. QPAC consists of four major venues including the 2000 seat Lyric Theatre; the 1800 seat Concert Hall; the 850 seat Playhouse; and the 312 seat Cremorne Theatre. Together they host local, national and international performances. The Enta software enables QPAC venues and QTIX to manage event ticketing, season tickets, subscriptions, membership and marketing. QPAC celebrated over 1,000,000 visitors last financial year and its ticketing service QTIX is the largest Queensland-based service provider selling to entertainment and arts events throughout Australia. “Enta is continuing to win new customers with our extensive and intuitive ticketing and CRM solution and we’re thrilled to further extend our partnership with QPAC,” Enta Australasia managing director John Godwin said. “Enta was able to assist QTIX sell over a million tickets last financial year.” adds Godwin.
