Top achievers from across the accommodation industry will be recognised at the forthcoming Accommodation Achievers’ Awards on Monday 10 December 2012.

45 finalists from across the country are competing to win prestigious titles ranging from ‘Employee of the Year’ to ‘Property Manager of the Year’. 

In a change from the conventional awards format, entrants in seven people-based categories have been asked to submit a three minute video of themselves outlining the favourite part of their role, the skills they’ve acquired and their passion for the industry they work in. Videos have been uploaded to YouTube and are available to view at http://www.youtube.com/user/accomachievers.

Winning videos will be screened on the night, in what promises to be a fun-packed, fast paced cocktail-style event. In addition, the HOSTPLUS ACES Awards will recognise outstanding contributions from industry individuals. TV & radio sports presenter, Tony Squires, will host the event which is combined with the Accommodation Association’s end of year seasonal celebrations.

The Accommodation Achievers’ Awards aims to uncover new industry talent and give the hardworking people of Australia’s accommodation industry an opportunity to shine.
