Launching less than a week ago, Tripwise is dubbed to “transform the way travellers prepare for their overseas trip”.

A product of Travel Insurance Direct, the all-round App has three key elements; the ability to plan and prepare vacations, access up to date information on the destination and access travel insurance claim reports, upon their return.

As well, the App also stores information like passport, visa and vaccination requirements, includes a worldwide health guide, an audio phrasebook in 24 languages and insight into culture and customs of over 1000 destinations worldwide.

Depending on the destination, the mobile program also provides users with tipping, scam and crime advice relating to the selected destination and has a list of emergency contacts and travel alerts.
