Amadeus highlights the benefits of its airline solution Altéa for the first time

Amadeus, a leading travel technology partner and transaction processor for the global travel and tourism industry, recently hosted its first “Unlocking Altéa” event attended by over 70 aviation and travel professionals from Australia at the Amadeus offices in Sydney.

The event aimed to introduce the unique benefits of the fast growing Amadeus Altéa suite which hosts over 100 of the world’s leading airlines. Amadeus Altéa offers unique benefits including “a single PNR” which provides total transparency of itinerary changes and real time visibility to shop, sell and service customers for both airlines and travel agents alike.

Guests were welcomed by Amadeus Australia’s Managing Director Sari Vahakoski which was followed by a brief presentation highlighting the unique advantages of the Amadeus Altéa technology platform by John Chapman, Vice President Airline Group Amadeus Asia Pacific.
