Jason Cooley has become Australia’s newest ‘millionaire’ after winning the top prize in a Globus eLearning competition conducted with Passport to Rewards. The Sydney travel consultant, from Inspired Travel Worldwide in St Ives, has won a million Passport to Rewards points after scoring 100 per cent in a Globus online training module. Queensland consultant Erica Morgan, from Traveltrain Holidays Brisbane, won 500,000 Passport to Rewards points after achieving the same score in a Cosmos online training module. The competition was conducted throughout March and April as part of the Globus Family of Brands’ eLearning program for Australian travel agents. Globus family of brands Marketing Manager Australasia Christian Schweitzer said the online training program was proving increasingly popular. “We’re really pleased with the level of enthusiasm agents have shown for our eLearning modules, not just for the prizes but most importantly for the product knowledge they offer,” he said. The million-point first prize is enough to buy top items from the Passport to Rewards shopping catalogue including a 27-inch Apple iMac, an Everdure Stirling six-burner barbecue or a full set of Wilson Staff di11 golf clubs. Anyone who scored more than 80 per cent on their first attempt automatically received 500 Passport to Rewards points. |
