Sabre Pacific has today introduced enhancements to Sabre Explore that offers agents even more control over the appearance and functionality of its popular online leisure booking tool. The upgrades to Sabre Explore provide Sabre-connected agencies with an advanced Admin Tool, with new configuration options and purchasing analytics that will improve their business performance and better serve their customers. "New functionality in the tool allows agencies to easily access data about users buying habits and make instant changes to their agency fees in response," says Carl Frier, GM product and sales Sabre Pacific. Sabre Explore, which has been in the market since 2009, allows leisure agencies to easily integrate online travel agent-style 'search and book' functionality into their websites, providing agencies with an online presence at a fraction of the cost of developing their own solution. "With the new upgrades, agents also have complete control over the way Sabre Explore is visible to visitors on the agency website. It offers new options to change colours, buttons, text, customise confirmation emails and even render the display of the screen by filtering content. This permits agencies to align the look and feel of Sabre Explore with their existing website, allowing for truly seamless integration," says Frier. The new updates also include: the ability to apply multiple forms of payment; to block airlines and destinations to reduce fraud; make automated charges to ensure funds are collected before the completion of a booking; make changes to the Trans-Tasman fee; and the introduction of a brand new feature which displays airline fees as a percentage. |
