Nigel Brown has received the ultimate inspirational gift after posting his favourite moving quote from Nelson Mandela on the South African Tourism Facebook page; in celebration of Nelson Mandela International Day on July 18.

The competition called on Australians to share their favourite inspirational quote for the chance to win special Nelson Mandela prize packs.

Nigel was the ultimate winner and received a Nelson Mandela Book of Quotes, South Africa Coffee Table book, South African Tourism passport wallet, picnic blanket, water bottle case, jumper, cap and key ring.

“I feel deeply honoured to have won the ultimate prize in the Nelson Mandela Day competition, for his name alone inspires me to achieve more in my life. Being married to a South African, I appreciate the struggle the country has gone through to achieve the unity of the nation as it is today. I’m excited to one day visit South Africa and experience the richness of such a beautiful country for myself,” said Nigel Brown.

Nelson Mandela International Day aims to inspire individuals to take action and help change the world for the better, and in doing so build a global movement for good. Ultimately it seeks to inspire and empower communities everywhere.
