Check In & Luggage
I was travelling through on a connecting flight so there was no need to check in my luggage but, with my previous flight being delayed, I was concerned whether my luggage would make it onto the flight at all.

Running to gate number 32, I discovered that I needed to board a bus to my aircraft and several others who were also caught in a similar predicament nervously awaited the remaining passengers before heading to the aircraft at 15:55, when we were supposed to be taking off.

On Time Service
The flight departed approximately 25 minutes late.

This was one time I didn't mind the late departure, as the Captain made an announcement that our delay was caused by luggage being loaded onto the plane from the connecting flights that were running late. As far as I was concerned, they could take all the time in the world!

Cabin/Seat Condition
The seats were comfortable and identical to the five other flights I have taken with Lufthansa this month. 

Food & Beverage
We were served a wonderfully moist raspberry sponge cake for afternoon tea along with the complimentary beverage service.

Tempted to try their Sauvignon Blanc, the long haul fight ahead of me and extensive layover in Rome made me think that perhaps a tea was a wiser option.

Entertainment
Once again, there were no entertainment options on this aircraft apart from their inflight magazine and a variety of newspapers that were offered by the flight attendants prior to take off.

Service
It was really nice to be welcomed by such a friendly team of flight attendants after my harried journey to the plane. They all smiled and made us feel comfortable regardless of the delay that was caused.
