Express Ticketing has released a Chinese language version of its popular Express Fares and Express Ticket platforms.

Developed for members of the Select Travel Group, Australia’s leading Asian VFR agency group, the Chinese language version will assist consultants new in the travel business, to quickly use Express Fares and Express Tickets.

Consultants will also be able to share information on screen with customers whose native language is Chinese during the selling process.

Executive General Manager of Orient Express Travel Group, Ari Magoutis, said Express Ticketing had sought member feedback on how to make their day to day transaction processes more efficient.

“The release therefore of a Chinese language version of our fares and ticketing platform was one of those requirements,” he said. “It also visibly highlights the ‘we speak your language’ mantra of the Select Travel Group!”
