The travel industry gathered at Citro Bar at the Seasons of Perth last night to welcome Thirsty Thursdays in style.

A first for the industry in Perth, Thirsty Thursdays brought a different style of networking to the west with food supplied by New Horizons Holidays and beverages by Macau Government Tourism and Seasons of Perth.

An impromptu sing along with the band saw Chris Shennen from Wendy Wu Tours wow the audience with his smooth voice and the prizes rolled out through the evening from VISA, Cruise Passenger Magazine, Starlettos, MELTours, Toll Visas Direct and Seasons of Perth.

The most anticipated prize of a return flight to Mauritius courtesy of Air Mauritius and e-Travel Blackboard, a $200 VISA Prepaid Card and VISA Olympics pack, went to Eve from New Horizons Holidays with Carl Lemnell from Air Mauritius present to do the honour of drawing the prize.

Thirsty Thursdays will celebrate their Cairns launch on 6 August 2012 at the Pullman Reef Casino.
